Subject	stereo suggestions for convertible, headunit & door speakers

Message	an outline of what i want is: no external amps no subs upgraded head unit upgrade door speakers, possibly component speakers and hide tweeter behind a/c vent in the door, i have seen this done in others z32 and thought it was very slick. Im not a stereo guy, so is it okay to run components speakers straight of a headunit or must it be from an external amp? Also a head unit that automatically raises volume via speed or external noises would be great to for when the top is down. I find my self constantly turning up and down the volume in my vert.
